Shamrock Village was recently completed in 2019. Located in the friendly Township of Redford, the Shamrock Village community was created from the redevelopment of the former Detroit Catholic Central High School site. The planning, development and construction of 253 affordable and energy efficient homes over a number of years has culminated in a diverse and family-focused community that is full of hometown charm. The school's redevelopment allowed for a new, charming residential community of 253 families to call home. This location grew from the remains of an obsolete school property into a vibrant community.
